Appointment Scheduling
Book online, Call, or message us on Facebook! We are a busy clinic, so if we do not answer right away please leave us a detailed message we WILL get back to you when we are able.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify the clinic by phone, and leave a message at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness. Another note, if you can find someone to fill your spot, your fee will be waived, and we are sure they would love the last min chance for a massage!!!! ;)
Late Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, our RMT's will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we may be unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
First Appointments
When you book your appointment you will be sent a health history form by email. You must fill out and sign electronically. This is extremely user friendly ;) Before every treatment, you will also receive an Intake Form. This form will provide us with the information on your condition (s), and give us a heads up on what and how to treat you that day.
Illness and Health Concerns
In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu symptoms, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients, and staff.
